We’ll get you started on the pathway to peace of mind.

Our philosophy

Talking about death is never easy, and many people understandably procrastinate on creating a plan. Our goal is to put you on the pathway to peace of mind, and to make the whole process as painless as possible, while ensuring that you truly understand your options and choose what’s right for you. Meeting with us is free and zero-obligation. We’re not pushy salespeople and will never pressure you to sign a contract with us. We’ll explain your options and answer all of your questions, whether you end up hiring us or not.

How it works

When you first contact us, we’ll ask you a few questions to get started, such as your contact information. We’ll set you up with a free, no obligation, one hour planning session. Prior to the planning session, we’ll have you fill out a more detailed questionnaire so that Julie can fully understand your situation and make appropriate recommendations. During the planning session, Julie will explain your options and answer all of your questions, in addition to going over our flat-fee pricing. If you decide to move forward, she will ask you detailed questions in order to best draft your plan. If you need to think about it or aren’t ready to go forward, that’s completely fine too.

A modern approach

We don’t bill by the hour, the way typical lawyers’ offices do. We have flat fees that are discussed up front - and there are no hidden “add on” charges. You will never be charged for reaching out to us. We are a virtual office, so your meetings will be held by phone or video, in the comfort of your own home. Regardless of how we meet, though, it is important to us to develop a relationship with you and to be there when you have questions, even years later.
